Conditions & commissions

 

1) To make an enquiry or place an order please send an email via the form  on the contact page or by sending an email to: mail@hayleykruger.co.uk

 2) Payments & deposits:
    - A 20% deposit is required on all orders and commissions, as pieces are made
      to order.
    - All payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Pay-Pal.

    - Orders and shipments will commence once payments have been received, and
      a conformation email will be sent to you on receipt of the money, as well as
   when  products have been sent.

 3) Additional costs:
    - All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
    - The relevant postage will also be added to your total, in accordance with the
      Royal Mail registered prices.
    - Should you prefer express delivery or a courier service, this can be arranged
       using either Parcel Force or UPS.

 4) Processing time:
    - The processing of customer orders can vary due to the complexity of the   pieces.
       And can take between 1-4 weeks. However please also allow extra time for
       postage and delivery.
    - Should you require an order or piece urgently, special arrangements can be made    to full fill such a request.   

 5) Packaging:
     - All pieces are beautifully presented in a pretty Hayley Kruger gift box, and it is
       advised items are stored in this manner for further protection.
     - Parcels are posted or sent in protective cardboard boxes and bubble wrap. 
       However, should you find that your items are damaged on receipt, please notify
       us as soon as possible so that we can follow up the necessary insurance
       compensation for you.

 6) Returns policy:
     - Hayley Kruger does not accept returns for any items that have been worn.
     - Refunds can only be given on faulty items due to their customised nature, and
       that fact that they are made to order.
     - Every effort will be made to rectify, replace or exchange unsatisfactory items.
     - A 6 month exchange period is valid on faulty or returnable items, and a wear
       and tear assessment will be done on the receipt of the returned goods.
     - Refunds will be done in the same method that you paid Hayley Kruger.
     - This does not affect your statutory rights.

 7) Copy Rights:
    - Hayley Kruger owns the rights to all the designs, images and literature used on
      this website, and they are protected by copyright, trademarks and other
      intellectual property rights.
    - Images are solely for the use of Hayley Kruger and customers with intent to 
      purchase items and commissions from this company, there fore; movements on
      this weite are monitored on a regular basis in accordance with DataProtection  and Privacy laws in the UK.
